550th Prakash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev ji at Sultanpur Lodhi

Government of Punjab decided to celebrate the 550^th Prakash Purb of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji at Sultanpur Lodhi on a grand scale between 5^th and 15^th Nov 2019.
Punjab Police was assigned to provide a safe and cordial visit for the pilgrims and security to the visiting dignitaries including Hon’ble President, Prime Minster, Chief Ministers and other protected dignitaries.
Detailed analysis of all elements of the event was undertaken to design a plan for effective Security & Traffic arrangement.

Blessed to be the Sole Advisor for this task and part of a unique experience in the Planning the Security for VVIP’s and SPG protectees ranging from Hon’ble President, Hon’ble PM, to CM’s of different states.
Activities ranging from Infrastructure development to technology intervention with Integrated Command & Control Centre with 50 seats catering to Police, SDRF, NDRF, Fire, Health, PWD, Judicial and Administrative services.

Inauguration – 2 March 2019 – Sh Kailash Gahlot Transport Minister Delhi, Sh Rajeev Verma, IAS Transport Secretary cum Commissioner, Sh K K Dahiya, Special Commissioner – Operations, Sh Ajay Tomer, ED, Maruti, Sh K D Singh ED, Maruti, Sh Ranjit Singh, GM, Maruti and other dignitaries.
The objective of this project is envisaged ensuring eligible drivers getting the license and thus human behaviour change in terms of driving skills. This project anticipates in better driving on roads.
The project is first of its kind in Delhi and first in the country to use non intrusive automation technology from the entry of the test centre till exit covering all aspects of identity authentication, vehicle driving test, applicant orientation & learning about the test and documentation for the test.

With an overall experience of over 30 years, Rajeev Sharad has been a pioneer & domain expert in Infrastructure Security, Traffic & Safety industry since 1999 being involved in almost all product and services segments.
Rajeev has been a trainer in Traffic Management Systems for IPS Probationer batches, State Police and Transport Departments and overseas Police forces from Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Tanzania.
